Xylanase is a type of enzymes for natural hemicellulose hydrolyzing, the alkaline xylanase refers to the xylanase which prefers to be used in alkaline PH condition.
I. Applications of xylanase
1. In the pulping and papermaking industry, the alkaline xylanase is used for bioleaching, improving paper performance, increasing the whiteness and strength of pulp, decreasing leaching agent consumption, reducing the cancerigenic material releasing(such as Dioxin), and reducing the environment pollution by leaching waste water releasing, etc.
2. Remove dark off waste paper: the xylanase is used alone or with other enzymes to remove the dark of waste paper, increasing the whiteness and decreasing dark remaining.
3. In the textile industry field, the xylanase is used alone or with other enzymes to decompose the starch, pectin, waxy, fat and protein, etc. on the textile, improving its comfort degree; for the fiber degumming of Ramie, flax, hemp (Han Ma) and dogbane, etc., benefit for clean production, energy and material consumption reducing, improving production efficiency and reducing environment pollution.
4. Produce functional low-molecular xylan by deep process with agricultural product. The low-molecular xylan is the proliferation factor of bacillus bifidus, benefit for promoting immunity, reducing Ca missing, improving anti-radiation etc.
5. Used for the process of toughed wheat flour.
6. Used as feedstuff additive, improve the conversion rate, prevent animal against colitis.
7. Used for the useful elements extraction from traditional Chinese medicine.
8. Used as rubber breaking agent in petroleum industry, for resolving oil transport line blockage problem and oil trucks pollution.
9. Furthermore, for the waste bio-treatment, used for converting the wooden semi-fibers material into SCP, the liquid (such as ethanol) or gas fuels, solvent, etc. by bio-treatment.
